Genius Jamtracks

Genius Jamtracks is a play-along app for jazz musicians, featuring an AI trio that thinks and plays like a real band. The days of practicing with static, pre-recorded phrases are over. This app offers a dynamic practice experience that feels like a live performance, with seemingly endless variations from the AI-powered bass, drums, and piano.

• True Polyrhythmic Practice: Master complex rhythms by having the trio incorporate specific groupings and displacements into their playing.
• Advanced Reharmonization: Experiment with harmony, from simple triads to advanced substitutions and negative harmony.
• Authentic Swing Feel: The app's swing feel adjusts realistically with the tempo, moving beyond robotic triplets.
• Create & Edit Charts: Compose your own songs or edit charts for your favorite jazz standards to fit your practice needs.

Developed in collaboration with Berklee Jazz and Gender Justice, the app also includes the "New Standards" collection, featuring 101 compositions by women composers.
